BeadnFloat ships from British Columbia, Canada. This page sets out our delivery arrangements, which form part of your distance sales contract with us.
1. Where We Ship
We ship across Canada and to the United States. [Adjust: add/remove international destinations.] We do not currently ship to PO boxes for courier services; Canada Post services deliver to PO boxes.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding BC statutory holidays). You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking (where the selected service includes it).
3. Carriers, Costs, and Delivery Estimates
Shipping options and exact costs are displayed at checkout before you pay. Typical services:

Free shipping applies to Canadian orders over $75 where offered; the threshold and eligibility are shown in the cart.
4. Your Delivery Date and Your Right to Cancel
Your order confirmation states an estimated delivery date. Under BC's Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act, if your order has not been delivered within 30 days of that date — or within 30 days of your purchase, if no date was stated — you may cancel your order and receive a full refund, without deduction, within 15 days of your cancellation notice. If a delay arises before dispatch (for example, a stock issue), we will contact you with the option of waiting, substituting, or cancelling for a full refund.
5. Tracking, Lost, and Delayed Parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for 5 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (US), contact TODO with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, or the trace is unresolved within a reasonable time, we will reship or refund in full — your statutory cancellation rights in section 4 apply regardless.
If tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot locate the parcel, check with household members, neighbours, and your building's parcel area, then contact us within 7 days and we will investigate with the carrier.
6. International Orders: Duties and Taxes
Prices at checkout include Canadian sales taxes where applicable, but do not include import duties, tariffs, or taxes levied by the destination country. For US and other international orders, you are the importer of record and are responsible for any duties, tariffs, brokerage, or taxes charged by your customs authority or carrier on import. These charges are outside our control and are not refundable by us. If a parcel is returned to us because import charges were refused, we will refund the product price less our actual outbound and return shipping costs.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an address error in your order, we will offer reshipment (postage payable) or a refund of the product price. If you notice an address error after ordering, email us immediately — we can usually correct it before dispatch.
8. Risk and Title
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to your address. Title passes on the later of dispatch and receipt of payment in full.
